“You can’t mass produce transformation. It’s the work of the Holy Spirit by God’s grace.

But so many times, we simply try to put as many people into a room as possible and think that information alone is going to be transformational. It just doesn’t work that way, especially in a generation that is being shaped like this one is.

It’s going to take time, intentionality, avoiding assumptions, and building meaningful relationships to truly impact this next generation.”

  1. So true! Relationships are key and they truly take a village to cultivate thoroughly. We can’t simply assume that to be the responsibility of church leadership. Thanks for the inspiration to go all in!
